Are cell phones "cell phones" anymore?

Man the good old days when u had the cellular phones size of a 16 inch dildo. Now, the technology changed so much they are changing the meaning of cell phones. It's a cell phone for god sakes not a TV-Camera-internet-instant_messaging-game_playing-Phone.

Yeah I agree Vrexe, they are struggling to improve useless things like mp3/mpeg playback and picture taking ability, while things like service range and voice quality take a back seat. Not that the former aren't cool things to have, it's just strange how we prioritize "cool" features over functionality.

Yeah, I mainly meant service. For cool, gimmicky phones I'm pretty sure Japan would be in the lead.
