Never seen MacGuyver, stereotpyical winner would be Chuck Norris but after watching the first series of 24, I'm gonna have to say Jack Bauer. The man is a machine.
His beard at the start of Series 2 is far better than Chuck Norris' any day.

uh, MacGyver fit's nowhere into this contest. Jack Bauers is just the nastyest uber-cop you''ve ever seen, and chuck norris is as we all know about a step below God himself (or a step above, depending on who you ask wink ) it's between one of them, but my vote's for Bauer for this one lol wink

Yeah but Chuck Norris is a beast in everything he does, not just Walker Texas Ranger.
Personally I prefer Chuck Norris in Lone Wolf McQuade than any of the Walker Texas Ranger episodes.

Bauer. He'd cut one of Norris's eyes out and then disappear. He'd reappear 18 months later and finish him. McGyver still wouldn't have the gps locater chip compiled of bubble gum, floss and a tube sock finished in time to bug Bauer. Even if he did, Bauer would know and re-plant it on McGyver, allowing him to kill him later.

Based on the pure fact that under Dependants for his 2005 taxes, Jack Bauer listed "The World", this contest is hands down in favor of Jack Bauer.
