Protection for your ipod

Anyone have suggestions for an ipod case to fit the 30 gig video ipods that is also able to be used/or comes with an armband?

i got mine from ebay it came with and armband thingy,.i dont use the armband peice though. i think it was like 10$ not sure on the exact name of it.
