I have all those bottles too... and all I paid was like $6 shipping. They shipped me TWO trials instead of one for some reason. I left a message on their machine since they never answered and haven't heard a word nor seen a charge since (been like 2 months).
I never got credit though ?

yeah they didnt answer me for several weeks then i finally got through they told me they have been busy and that they would just cancel and i could keep the trial at no extra charge.

I finally got a refund after 2 months of bullshit. It wasn't even a full refund, they initially charged me $69.99 and refunded me $52.

I have no idea at all. Not only did I have to pay for all the shipping to get the stuff, send out letters, get them back, send out a form and then send the trial back to them, but they took $17 from me too. cry

Yup they did that to me too, I got 2 trials, they said the second was a mistake, then after they did get the returned product it took them a few weeks to give me a refund and I only got back $52. I was thinking it was a restocking fee or something??? I have no clue, But I would rather be out $17 than $70.
