Converting Itunes format to mp3?

How do i convert itunes format which i think is M4P to the mp3 format?

Uh, not sure, I think it might only work with music bought before iTunes v.6 Just don't upgrade shrug

LOL. Doesn't help if you've upgraded. The way I do it is burn the music to a disc and then rip it using Easy CD-DA Extractor...
