If you've got copies of the rebate form and your receipt, there will be a phone number to call. Parago is known to be a pretty good rebate processor. They keep track of your calls, so don't lose your temper, or you'll never get credit for it.

You people act like you've never dealt with rebates before! For one, if it's a rebate you actually care about receiving ($20 or more), ALWAYS keep copies of the rebate form, receipt, and UPC. I just scan them and keep a digital copy in my rebates folder )

Second, they will almost always try to get out of paying you (invalid purchase date, illegible UPC, etc.) unless it's a Staples/Circuit City/Best Buy rebate. Simply call them and as long as you've done everything right and have copies, you'll always get it set straight.
