Photoshop question/possible work

Just wondering if it would be possible for someone with photoshop experience to turn this rough sketch into an actual professional looking logo. Not sure how involved of a process it would be, so I don't know what to offer in terms of payment. (Mods, not sure if this should go into "for sale/hot deals" or not)

I can do it in Illustrator. It will be hard to find that font similar to the one you used for SGA though. PM me with details.

why create a font?

why not just make the whole thing in illustrator?

Probably no need to create a font for a logo like that like chex says.

Why don't you two aspiring designers duke it out in illustrator? Winner gets whatever he's paying.

I would try, but my hand is just not steady. I'm also lazy as hell, lol.

I would but I currently have soccer practice, homework, etc. I'm available on weekends, though.

That's a really good logo, I'm not set on a doing contest...I just dont know what's fair compensation.

then it would appear a a seperate entity, thus taking away from the logo appearing as a whole. The key with logos is to not overdue it. I think that would overdue it a bit.
