Currently I'm in an extremely sticky situation. Some offer charged me twice, which put my PayPal account in the negative. Now, I can only send E-Checks. I am looking for someone to send a $9 E-Check to, and send me $8 PayPal back. Could anyone care to help? AIM contact is perferred.

I don't think so. I didn't notice a fee if there was one.
