up to 45 does that mean only for OC ood? Because it would hardly be worth paying 45 for most other sites, you'd actually lose money on some

well if you actually read that whole thread you will see that tyler who we gave the free trial to has actually been receiving his guaranteed referrals. Iknow its hard to weed through all of the haters but we still offer guaranteed referrals for those looking to get referrals and we also pay people to give referrals with the PAY DAY Program.

as noted in the other thread the 25 guaranteed referrals we offer are guaranteed yellows. With about 1/6 of them going green so you get about 3-4 greens. We are working right now on offering our visitors the option of purchasing single greens. More to come when that system is up and running. We expect it to be live within the next 3 weeks.
We are also working on developing referral rings as we are dedicated to helping people get free products. More info on these will be available as the process progresses.

The site doesn't really convince me when the forum has a Scammers Hall of Shame which means you are "expecting" to get scammers on the site?

You still didn't answer me as to what you offer that makes you secure from scammers. I looked through your appication and see NO way you can gurantee that someone hasn't already signed up for a site.
Also I think your gonna piss off a lot of members when you tell them to join an OC site and they see OOD and wont do it for $45. Then they make nothing and lost the power to sell that green.
So please explain to me how your site is foolproof.

Ok now I am really fired up. What kind of crap are you bringing to this forum.
Looking through the TOS I see this.
[quote607f3fd409]Sites that have not been completed 1 week (7 days) after it has been accepted will be cancelled and no credit will be given. (This means you must sign up for the site and complete an offer within 1 week. Delay time in the offer being approved is taken into consideration)
[/quote607f3fd409]
So by joining this site how exactly wont I get scammed when you clearly state in your TOS that your gonna be the one scamming.
So if by some odd reason (I know it never happens) someone doesn't green within 7 days you don't pay them.
rlmfao
Secondly why if your site is so good do you have this on it
[quote607f3fd409]Another good option for getting referrals is trading. Sites such as Referral Swapper allow you to set up a trading account and facilitates the trading process to avoid scamming and cheating. Referral Swapper is one of the best options for getting referrals quickly and easily.[/quote607f3fd409]
Your system is so good you tell people to go elsewhere?
Lastly your just running a pyramid scheme.
I scoured your entire site and NO WHERE do you sell greens. So these sites you have people doing. How exactly do you track them. Where do you get these sites from?
Looks to me like you charge one person $45, you send 24 bogus people to it that go yellow. Then you send one person via this new PAYDAY crapola and give him one green.
So you make $45
pay $20
profit $25 for one green.
Also when you join your site you ask if they did XXX sites. Well god forbid a scammer LIE and say no. (I don't even think the lowest for of scammer would lie) What are you gonna do? I see you only pay out at $100 but so what 90% of the time a green gotten wont be the last. So by the time you find out you have a scammer in your midst its too late. Also if you think you can chargeback from paypal your wrong. Paypal only allows 2 chargebacks per year. So first 2 scammers get nothing. All the rest will get paid.

First of all the payday program is not connected to the guaranteed referrals program. The $45 guaranteed program is outsourced to a marketing firm we work with.
The PayDay program is the initial step we are taking to set up a system where people can purchase individual referrals, valid greens from us. Once our PAYDAY membership gets large enough we will be able to offer people a guaranteed green for around $30-40.
What you read in the Terms is precisely to PREVENT scammers. You are entirely correct htat people can lie and say that they are still eligible for sites that they in reality have already completed. In an effort to prevent this we have taken a number of steps.

The last line says delay time for approval of the offer will be taken into consideration. What it means is that if after 7 days of accepting the offer you have not signed up for the site the offer will be revoked. Once you have signed up the offer won't be revoked as long as you have completed the offer and are just awaiting approval.

We are in the business of helping people get free products. Not everyone wants to pay to post their link or pay for referrals. Our site doesn't have an organized trading venue like referral swapper does. So we recommend referral swapper if you are more interested in trading.

No it is not a pyramid scheme.
We will make about $5 on each referral which we take as the cost of providing a secure source for greens.
The reason you didn't see a place to buy guaranteed greens is because it doesn't exist yet. Right now the link we are supplying people with are links that people have paid to have posted on the site. We are giving them an extra green or two for free because we are trying to establish the PAYDAY system and show people they will get paid. Yes we will lose money doing this but it will pay off eventually when people recognize that we are a trusted site that pays.

When our program to purchase individual greens comes out it will provide a full refund for referrals that turn red. It will also provide a refund if we cannot secure a referral for you within 10 days (hence that 7 days the paypay member has to sign up and complete). Once the referral is secured we allow time for approval. As for scammers getting paid. They won't. We are developing a large membership in the PAY DAY program and we regulate who gets offers and when they get them. we also have an internal rating system in place. every time you accept an offer you are rated on your completion. Members with lower ratingings get fewer offers and lower payouts. Members with higher ratings get more offers and higher payouts. If someone is found to be a scammer their PAYDAY account will be cancelled and the people who they have scammed will be refund or given new referrals. This is only a risk to us and we believe we have the situation under control and are willing to take such a risk.
