I agree its a Compaq and its refurbished. Not great by any means even at that price. Anyone that's getting it seems to be going for the software it has.

Before you all rush to buy these to ebay - two comments
1) the prices on ebay are asking prices, not sale prices. Theres only been one sold in the past 30 days.
2) once all the wooters get theirs up there as well, the market will drop out on these and you'll be lucky to get what you paid for it, before fees takes away your profits. CL may be a viable option, but a buddy of mine bought a similar rig from Staples when they were $200 AR and couldn't get rid of it.
Thus, there's a reason these are still available on a Sunday, two days after they were listed.
