Umm, not much really. Basically Jack gave the guy the chip, and they took him hostage. They then used the chip and released a small amount of the gas in a mall, but Jack stopped them. The terrorists also found a different way to trigger the gas.
Then CTU was tracking one guy (the guy who released the gas) with a chip they put in the remote detanoator. The leader guy figured out that the other guy was beeing followed, and got away with the gas.
