I am interested in getting their Travelers Check Debit card because it seems to have everything that I need for a debit card.
I just question if it is accepted everywhere as some restaurants I am unsure about (especially locally owned ones).
Does anyone have any experience with them, or any other recommendations for a pre-loaded reloadable debit card that has no monthly fee and can also be used as a debit card with ATM's?

If you are 18, you are able to get a credit card. Im pretty sure I had a debit card with a visa logo before I was 18...

How exactly?
I thought you had to be at least 18 to qualify for ANY credit card.....Was it different 2 years ago?

You can get a debit card, usually visa, from your bank using a joint bank account when you are around 16. Just have your mommy or daddy sign-off as the join account holder. You still have to be 18 for credit cards....
Keep in mind that Mastercard and Visa are accepted at more places than AMX.
