I used that phpnuke skin once haha. Yeah if you ever want people to take your forums and so on seriously you have to put some money into it man; because there are plenty of kids out there who are doing the exact same thing as you.

Some advice
- Get a logo that wasn't made in paint
- You are trying to start up in an already saturated market. Forums are so common on the internet. I think the last thing people would want is another one to register and read. Try some new, creative ideas shrug
