Call UPS?

I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When I track it, the last thing it says is "Our for delivery" at about 530 am Monday morning. The UPS guy never showed up, and it said rescheduled for 2/28. The status didn't change all day today, and he's still not here (not coming I guess). I tried looking on the contact us page, but the number is useless. You can't talk to a real person. Anyone know a number to call?

They cleverly hide their phone number on the Contact Us page too, btw

This happened to me before with DHL. I didn't realize but they came to my house when I wasn't there, and dropped of a slip that blew away in the wind. I ended up calling and just telling them to hold it so I could go pick it up at the DHL place so I wouldn't miss them everytime they tried to deliever

I said in my original post it didn't help, but thanks for your effort...

They told me I needed to get the shipper to put a "tracer" on it. That's odd, I guess my stuff is f0xored?
