Well for the most part they do. If I have any tip for someone dealing with them it's to keep asking for higher ups until you get someone who speaks english fluently, or is not stupid.

My deal was that I had a laptop with a key that fell off, and a messed up screen. I have the 2 year warranty, so I called them up and said my problem. They say okay FedEx will drop a box off at your door, and than pick it up and ship it. A day after they recieve it I get a call saying it will cost 317$ to repair the keyboard. She said something like it doesnt cover that, and I said it never says that in the warranty. I go on hold twice during the call. She did however tell me the monitor would be fine.

I ask for a higher up, she tells me a number to call to talk to one, I call and I get the robot and than another foreign person. I tell him I need to speak to a superviser, he makes me tell him the problem, puts me on hold a couple time.

I finally get to his superviser, another foreigner. I was put on hold twice during him telling me I mistreated my computer when I didnt, second hold I was on for 30 minutes. He tells me that the screen is not covered, and if I dont pay them they send me back the broken laptop. I flipped out and I ask for a higher up, hold for 20 minutes, and get to someone WHO SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH!

He must have been some high powered man, because immediately, no holding time, probably 5 minute chat, he tells me he changed it in the computer and its taken care of. I got his phone number now if I ever have any other troubles.

So that was what happened after I got home from school from the timeframe of 300 to 440.
