its hard as fuck to keep a decent ratio at oink. Theres always like 400 people uploading and only 3 people downloading shock

I disagree. If you legitimately own 4-5 CDs that aren't on there, create a new torrent and seed those. Also, check the requests section - if you upload it then downloaders can only get it from one person initially. Alternatively, download a really popular CD and seed that. I have stuff seeding from December or January that are big winners in the upload column. Also, Oink's ratio policy unfortunately became too lenient and now you don't have to maintain a ratio above 1.
Best advice when you're first starting out you can't go on a downloading spree, but be sure you seed _everything_ you download and seed 24 hours a day if possible.

i have like 16gigs upped and only 5gigs downloaded.. dont think i could ever ruin that ratio lol
