The admin is currently working on college applications, so link posting is way behind. I cannot tell you whether he plans to put everyone in rotation, or just post the links from donators who donate after he starts posting them again.

the applications were due a while back, he is done with it, he must be busy with something else, or hes lazy or hes scamming P

I donated for PVP4FREE and PHOTOIPODS. Neither of my links went up. Then again it is a donation so you should not expect anything in return. The site clearly says that your link will be posted but my link never went up.
