I recently recieved this from my uncle. It's a 100$ gift card. And When I try to check my balance at https//www.myfastcard.com/CardHolder/home.do , it says I haven't activated it yet. Plus it won't let me purchase either..
How can I activate this online?

There's usually a number you can call. Call em up and find out.

Done. They said take it back to the store and have them activate it.. I mean wtf? The store won't just activate a card for you..

umm, it sounds like there's no balance on the card. when you buy it at the store a balance is added to the card and it's automatically activated.

does your uncle still have the receipt? my father is incredibly obsessive when it comes to purchasing gift cards... if anyone gets one for him, they get the receipt as well. apparently he has had some instances where something messed up, and the balance was incorrect or not there at all, and the receipt saved him.
