Loading videos on my ipod on the go.

So im not at my home comp, and i need to load up some vids. I know if i load the vids on itunes and then sync it, i will lose everything i have. So how do i add them from this comp.


Im not asking how to convert, and all that stuff. I just want to know how to add this file onto my ipod, w/out losing everything else.
