Anyway to increase PayPal sending Limit Without Credit Card?

Yeah. I don't have one and therefore I can not send money. Is there anyway I can send money without one?

If not, can I use an epassporte for it? /

Why don't you just open up a Bank Account and deposit the minimum in there and then link that with your PayPal?

How so? I just never got around to opening one.

I never really had enough money for a bank account to matter. shrug
