If you can't send it back to ms or return it, I will show you how to open to see if anything is clearly broken. I will also tell you a few things you can try to fix the red lights.

what the hell are you talking about if bought it withing the 30 days you can exchange it or just take store credit and say you don't want

what the heck are you talking about. not all stores honor that, and especially with consoles, its not easy to just exchange it. But he can try that wink
