MP4 ---> DVD help

Ok, so I can't figure out how to get a good dvd of a Mp4 files I have(trying to make DVD of World Cup 06 all games)

When I view the Mp4 file in VLC it looks great, I have tried ConvertXToDVD

but it came out looking like crap

I checked out videohelp.com but not to much help there

help me out you guys

Did you consult videohelp.com or doom9.org? You should find much better info there.

Either should work. google doom9.
