iPods are great until about 2 years and then they just start to die and have issues. I know they make it like that so you'll buy the new iPods since they come out with one every 6 mos...

new new ipod i got from trainn in december totally died a couple weeks ago.


what was amazing was apples support.


i filled out support request granted 2 days later
they sent return box that day, recieved next day
placed ipod in box, dropped in dhl box
they recieved my ipod the next day, diagnosed mine and sent a new one that day!

the whole process was under a fucking week!


warranty on new unit though is same as purchase date on initial so im kind of scared about that )


i didn't even use the fucker more than 4 hours/day

Yeah if they die under warranty Apple is great but if they are out of warranty you are SOL.
