I currently have Adelphia/TWC cable/internet...What is the best/cheapest voip company that provides unlimited calls in the US and a free/cheap device for their service.

Well right now, skype.com allows all free national calls to rotary phones till the end of the year.

Skype is good to, But would be excellent if they gave you a Phone number others could call you on for FREE. I know they have this feature as a premium service. And skype tells you not to use it as a primary phone >.> Probably because it is more likely to go down now and then.
