Where can I trade in a brand new Mac Mini?

I'm getting a mac mini from desktopcomputers4free.com

I want to trade it in for credit to get the mac mini with the core duo.

Does anyone know of any place that I could do this at?

1.) I am NOT selling it for anything less than the credit that I would get with a return (I.E. $599 MSRP)

2.) BOTH Apple stores told me that without an Apple Store receipt, they won't issue me store credit if I returned it.

Help me PLEASE!

tried comusa, i heard they take em sometimes, but that could just be a rumor...

I heard apple allows u to return without a receipt for store credit. If thats the case, just tell them other apple stores allow it.

why dont you sell it on ebay?

also, I said several times that Apple won't trade for store credit...they run the UPS/serial number (so they said) and will see if it came from an apple store.

yes, but you think of an excuse and make them feel really awkward and they'll usually give you store credit. worked with me with an ibook from a DIY site.

Can't you go to one of the large electronic store? IE. Bestbuy and get store credit?

Don't bother with Best Buy, they do nothing without a receipt.
