I second CustomInk.com
I made some teamwear for my sailing team this year and they had AMAZING service, GREAT prices, and had everything done in a week after I approved the proofs. I have never encountered such amazing support from an online store either.
For 15 t-shirts with 1 color of ink on both sides it was $10 a t-shirt.
I can not reccommend them more- it was the single best e-transaction I have ever done.
