Ok, so my mom got an email and thinks it may be one of my Ipod freebie sites...I have no idea what this thing is, but it says it was from my mom's e-gold account, but she doesn't have one ?

Yeah never trust any e-gold messages unless it has your pin and is a secure message. Also any e-gold messages with links in them are scams.
