Thanks for the response, i am looking for an actual physical card, entropay is only a virtual card and gift2go.net is only shipps to us like simon. I guess prepaid are only popular in the united states for now.

epassporte's are reloadable, if that's what you mean by rechargeable? Simon gift cards are not.

epassrte is only a virtual card, so it can only be used online. Simon can not be reloaded but it can be used anywhere.

You can get a physical epassporte, but I wouldn't suggest it, it's like $30 or so...

You can get it on simon.com......I think they charge though like $10 for shipping and fees, and the minimum is $20....
99.9% sure anyone can get them....
