I just saw boobs on MTV

I was totally just watching mtv and this show came up talking about girls getting implants and they showed this girl naked in the mirror but everything was blurred out, they panned away for a second and then then came back to her and the blur's went away and I saw her boobs... lol, has anyone else seen that?

Cable channels can show whatever they want since they aren't regulated by the FCC. They just choose not to because they would lose advertisers, etc. That is how Comedy Central can show unedited language and such.

And that tingly feeling in your pants is totally normal. Pretty soon you'll get hair down there, too.
