Two years ago I was chicken cordon bleu. (I wore a blue t-shirt and tied a rubber chicken around my neck with a telephone cord.)

Last year I was a CNN reporter covering the hurricanes. (Yellow poncho with a red stenciled CNN logo and huge yellow galoshes.)

This year I'm undecided, but maybe a chick magnet. (A big magnet with little yellow baby chickens stuck to it.)

I honestly don't recall having ever resisted a pun.

I was a gumball machine one year in college - I don't have photos to share, but imagine, if you will...

Me, wearing tightish red sweatpants, and imitation vans spray-painted red. I cut two holes in the bottom of a 55 gallon clear garbage bag, with 25¢ spray-painted on the front, filled to the neck with multi-colored inflated balloons. I made a chute and crank out of a shoe-box and painted my face read, and wore a silver beanie.

word to the wise - anyone considering this costume (for which I won several costume contests) should consider how much liquid they'll be drinking throughout the course of the evening, and make adjustments to the costume as appropriate.

Last my buddy couldn't think of a costume in time, so we told him to go as Sgt. Cum Dumpster. He cut leg holes in a 55 gallon trash can too, and put on an old army helmet and some sun glasses and a whistle. And we wrote all kinds of dirty shit on the garbage can asside from Sgt. Cum Dumpster, and a giant target on his ass. Anyhow he brought a magic marker for people to sign at the party, and he was like the hit of the party, he got tons of numbers by the end of the night.[/spoiler407ffacae6]

I think my convict idea wasnt bad. But for tonight's parties that is kinda late. I guess you will have to made your costumes if you havent bought them already. Or just buy a Jason mask.

Easy last minute ideas that i have for procrastinators
-army guy (if you are good at the face paint stuff)
-hillbilly
-zombie (white face paint, black circles around eyes, read blood smears)
-mime (all black, paint fave white, black hat/white gloves (or not))

But dont, DONT do something like go to a costume party without a cosume or write "unoriginal costume" on a shirt. Throw something together last minute. Even a ghost.
