I sent in my certificate on 12/23, got an e-mail on 1/5 stating that the Mini would be shipping soon and i'll receive it in 6-8 weeks. I e-mailed back and asked if there would be a shipping notice with tracking, they replied with a yes when your item ships.
Can't ask for anything more than that, 6-8 weeks isn't bad for something free.
Anybody else have experience with them? Good, bad..?
My new goal is gettin my freeipod account off hold.

That's good, congrats. I'm still waiting to get approved in Group C for my NeatStuffFree.com account. After that it'll be 6-8 weeks to get my ipod+sounddock ]

I recieved a mini ipod from them last week. It takes much longer than you think. They recieved my redemption certificate in early September and said it would take "6 to 8" weeks after that, when in reality it took about 16. You're in for a long wait, good luck.

Did you get updated information in your account status when the redemption was received and when it shipped, once for each time? What was the time span for each process?

I'm not gonna complain, it's free. I made the switch to OfferCentric now anyway (gives me something to do while i wait) since it appears Gratis likes to randomly put people on hold.

In most cases Gratis puts people on hold that deserve to be on hold...sure it's not fool proof, but they aren't "scamming" anyone. I'm sure upwards of 90% of the people put on hold did [i662d7bac2c]something[/i662d7bac2c] to violate the TOS.

Yeah you can count me in that 10% since my referrals(idiots) are the ones who got me put on hold...Then Gratis takes the two new completed referrals I get, pockets the money, and still keep me on hold...Sorry but thats shady to me.
