Can someone please explain to me non credit card sites? Which ones are the best? What do you have to do if you don't use a credit card? Send a check? How does it work?

A non CC site means you dont need a CC. Its completely free that is why they require so many more refs

No Credit card sites have offers that basically dont require a credit card! The offers may be surveys or have a college contact you. My site is NoCreditCard.YourGiftsFree.com. We will be adding more offers soon too!
