Gateway Support Guy?

Isn't someone on this forum gateway technical support? I remember reading about it earlier, a few months back. I searched for about 15 minutes and I cannot find whoever it is. I want to know because I have some questions about the support. Anyone know who it is?

Yeah, they do, and we do support for both Gateway and eMachines. However I cant get you a free computer, I cant even do that for myself.

I just did a google image search, and he certainly does look emo. He may not BE emo, but he looks it.
