Try getting Xoftspy, it usully removes all my spyware

Disconnect from the internet.
Run spyware doctor, adaware, spybot s&d, and stinger.
Last resort of course is reformatting.

spybot s&d is pretty good. but im pretty sure xoftspy will detect them.
