WHO DAT SAY DEY GON BEAT THEM SAINTS???
Well, I went to Dallas for the weekend with my girlfriend and a friend to watch the Cowboys and the Saints battle for the best team in the NFC. And the Saints laid a WHOOPIN on T.O. and Mr. Romo. The Cowboys were outclassed, out coached, and out played. Period. In Texas Stadium the amount of cowboys fans was closely rivaled to the cowboy fans. If you still do not believe, when you see us in Miami, do not jump on the bandwagon then.
Saint's Remaining Schedule
vs. Washington (can not score more than 10 points in a game) WIN
at NY Giants (a team that is not together, close but....) WIN
vs. Panthers (another downhill team that has to play in the Dome) WIN
And who do the so called number one bears play?
vs Tampa Bay (the worst team in the NFC South) WIN
at Detriot (another horrible team) WIN
vs Green Bay (sorry Favre, you lose again) WIN
Now here is where you come in, list top 5 teams in the NFC and AFC and then Superbowl predictions.
TOP 5 NFC
Saints
Bears
Seahawks
Dallas
Giants
TOP 5 AFC
Chargers
Ravens
Colts
Patriots
Bengals

While I'm happy the Saints won, I wouldn't say kicking an onsides kick while up by 25 points is being outclassed.

So doing a flea flicker isn't classy? Doing the unexpected is a part of the game. We kneeled the ball down 4 straight times instead of running the ball in to score. In the 4th quarter we never once threw the ball, all we did was run. We could have run the score up more, to embarrass them even more, but I think Sean respected Bill too much.

Colts' record > Saints' record
but that won't be the case for long if they play like they did against Jacksonville.

i wish the "who dey" and "who dat" thing would stop. that is so damn annoying. i cant stand the bengals and now the saints, who i am trying to pull for, are doing a rip-off of the most annoying chant in sports history.

The Bengals mascot is named "Who Dey". And the Saints just started with that chant, and I have no idea who decided to take Who Dey and make it Who Dat, or who came up with the idea to chant it at all. But last night in Dallas, it was either everyone screaming "Who Dat", "Reggie", or the famous "Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuece" which the Rams are now doing to Isaac "Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce"
PS. How are you trying to pull for them? You either are or aren't.
PSS.
This Jersey is really nice. They just need to make a Henderson, Colston, Bush, or Brees for me to buy it.

we are the nfc champs

the colts and their revolving door run defense don't look better than anyone right now. They have been exposed, and since that have lost 3 of their last 4. That is no fluke, teams know how to beat them.
The saints are for real, Peyton is going to win coach of the year, reggie bush is going to be all we said he is, and drew bree's just might have the greatest season a quarterback has ever had on paper.
The bears season ended when they played the patriots, all the rest of their games are gimmies now, along with most of their games all season. So don't look to that record to closely like it represents something. They will be tough after a bye week at home come jan, but I think a good team like NO, Seattle(with their team healthy), dallas, or NY(if they get it together) will beat them.
on a side note, how stupid do the texans have to feel right now? They passed up vince and reggie and look at what vince is doing with the titan's right now winning 4 in a row, and 6 of 8.

Yeah I totally agree. I don't mind Cincinnati fans doing 'who dey' since that's their thing, but stealing that chant is gay.

I agree the Bears are done for. The Patriots are playing like crap now and they still beat the Bears, which means probably anyone in the top half the AFC could beat them. Colts are getting the crap ran out of them so the only solid teams that I see making it through the playoffs are the Chargers and the Saints. The only thing is that the Saints don't have that much post-season experience.

drew is having a great season, especially since if anyone remembers his career almost was gone until he rebounded somehow with san diego and coming back from a shoulder injury (which is tough, ive had 2) he looks really good, but come on justin hes not havin a better season than peytons record breakin season, no one will for a long time!
dont get me started on the texans........dumbasses.

The Giants, beating the Saints? Hm, lets look at the Giant's offensive weapons.
Tiki Barber - He hasn't done anything big in a few games (this last game was his 1st 100 yd game in 4 games)
Plaxico Burress - Other than his height, he is just another receiver, but if Eli can't find him, it does not matter
Eli Manning - I am still not sold on him, he looks a little lost sometimes out on the field
Brandon Jacobs - He can pound it on you, but he is only dangerous in the red zone
Jeremy Shockey - If you forget to cover him, it is all over.
The only thing I will say the Giants have the upper hand on vs the Saint's defense is the fact that the Saints do not have Hollis Thomas until the Playoffs. The one run Julius Jones broke for 77 yards was EXACTLY where Hollis would have been. So if Tiki runs where Hollis should be, then he might break a few long runs off.
Saints Offense
Drew Brees
Reggie Bush
Deuce McAllister
Mike Karney (gotta add him after the cowboy game)
Devry Henderson
Marques Colston
Joe Horn (who might be back)
Terrance Coppper
Jamal Jones (who caught a TD pass vs the cowboys)
If you do not bring the A game with your defense, the Saints will score on you at will.

12-12-2006 08:26:14
well he does stand to throw for more yards than peyton did that year, and not even have it being talked about untill week 12. You are right though, still doesn't eclipse that year. The difference is we talk about peyton every week, and like you said bree's is coming off that shoulder surgery and everyone thought he was basically a castaway.
and I wasn't saying the bears are done for, I simply meant the last real game they had was when they played New England. They had one of the easiest schedules in the NFC. If you switch out the bears and the giants schedules do you think they would still have the record's they have?

CAn someone explain the "who DAT?" Seems completely retarded to me! I think the Saints are having a good season, but it may not be because they are so great. But winnign is good for a team who was on the verge of being moved cause the town got destroyed. Good publicity to let them win! Go for economy!

It's from Who Dat Say Dey Gon Beat Dem Saints? And almost all of New Orleans is black, so they shorten it by just saying WHO DAT?
And they weren't going to move because of Katrina, they were moving because no one wanted to go see them play because they sucked for so many years. And what do you mean "let them win"? Who has LET them beat them? And furthermore, what does go for economy mean?

Sorry, left off some letters!! Go = Good, so Good for the economy! That being the Saints winning and keeping the team around. As for KAtrina not causeing them to move, they did play part. At least in my opinion. All I can say is best of luck to the Saints. Beat's the Texans, but I am a loyal fan!
