Was sposed to recieve paypal debit card months ago

and now, since it hasnt came, i have no idea how to tell them to send a replacement.

any suggestions?

Mine came in about a week and a half. You'll need a replacement, someone could have stolen it.

But they need access to your paypal account whichh they dont have to activate it. Just tell them the situation in customer support.
