there was that paypal promotion a long time ago where they gave out between 5 and 20 to everyone if I remember right...
i didn't get anything, but i remember some promotion...
Oh yeah, that's right. I remember signing up for it a little bit before Christmas.

I don't remember signing up for this, but I'm sure I paid for something off of eBay with PayPal in the last month, so that must of qualified me. Pretty nice surprise.
