i think that 90% of people that are put on hold, really did violate the TOS somehow. Wether they did something to cheat the system or they messed up somehow.

Concidering that 'walking a person through' is against ToS, I'd say most people who got put on hold did violate ToS. The problem is, it's just too easy to say 'sign up then cancel', which really does nobody any good. Some of the products are OK, some of them aren't so great, but the same is true of most web services. Being paid free goods to promote them does no good if you tell people not to try the service and evaluate it.

OK well take walking someone through the sign up out of consideration then. i think most people are getting put on hold for trying to cheat the system and they don't want to admit it.

I agree with cdman whole-heartedly. Everytime I see someone whining about being put on hold I just think to myself how likely it is they tried to cheat...or atleast did [ia3cf5ebf0c]something[/ia3cf5ebf0c] wrong.

Do a search on posts by "harry989". So many people were exposed for cheating, it's pretty funny.
