I thought you could, but on some ebay listings I read that you have to sign up through xbox 1 and then transfer it to xbox 360.
I saw the ebay listing with the same photo as the one you attached, that's not the one you're asking about right?

Oh I see what you're saying. Thats total BS you can use any xbox live card to extend your Live service. Otherwise, you'd have to submit to some sort of auto-pay program, but MS doesn't do that, at least I don't think they do. They haven't done it to me and I've had Live since the first xbox.

actually, the key thing to do is to find an old original xbox 1 yr sub for like $20. that will give u a year )
