Not always. One time my friend (who is a male) bought a cermaic pipe in the shape of an erect penis. Asked if he was buying it as a gift he was just like 'Naw, I thought it would be funny to have'.

Should they not require that users verify that they are 18+ before signing up? I'm not sure but I believe that it is illegal not to with the nature of the site.
