hey.. i know that when you go over 600 bux on a site you have to submit for a w9 form to get taxed...
now does this apply to just each branch individually... or a network as a whole....
if i do branch A of a site... and get 599 bux
then i do branch B of a site... am i able to get another 599 without taxes... or does that count towards my previous payments?

It's per site, I believe. At least that's what all of the site owners do. If you do get $599 on College.YGF, and you get $599 on PS3.YGF, then I don't believe you have to file a W9 with them. ;)

No, it's per business entity, i.e. network. So $600 across all of Trainn, or Freepay, or YGF, etc. They'd have to register each site as a separate company to get around that, and none do to my knowledge (as it wouldn't make much sense).
That's why some networks require W9's now for even smaller than $600 payouts, just to have it on file in case you rack up more on their other sites.
