Sure this is a stupid question! I set up a trade with a newbie and it was 25 on approval + 5 bonus if done within 24 hours. They completed the offer in about 2 hours. Question is can I pay him later but mark the trade as completed NOW? Would that be fraud or some other rule breaker. I have checked in many places to try and find the answer to no avail. So I'm threading here!

Don't complete the trade until you pay the person.
