OK,
So I'm trying to figure out how to do this.
You have your Letters on top and numbers to the left.
Cells a1-j1 have stuff in them, that stuff does not change.
I'm looking to have another rows of letters in cells A3 and on, so in cell
a3 it would really now be a1. Not sure if that is clear enough of an explaination.

I dont understand that at all, maybe a picture would help?
So are you trying to switch the top row with the 3 row?

I'm trying to get another ABCDEFGHIJK bar across the line 2 cells

Impossible, unless you just put ABCDEFJHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ all across the top, if there is another way - I dont know of it.

Do you mean that you want the cells in row 2 to contain a different column identifier (e.g. "ZYXWVUT...") or some kind of label? Even having seen the picture, I'm not entirely clear on what you're trying to accomplish.
If you can answer why you want to do what you're trying to do, maybe I can help.

He wants the identifier row (ABC...) across row 2 as well.

Under exsisting clients I need a cell that has Yes and No then under Sales Potential I need Hot, Neutral, Cold. So I was thinking if I can have another ABCDEFG.... bar in row 2 I could do that.

Why couldn't you do that with the spreadsheet the way it is now?

Because he wants to be able to sort the yes's and no's and the responses to the sales potential

I'm having a very hard time understanding what you want as well, but have you explored (auto)filters? You can auto-filter a column easily, and only show 'yes' or 'no' attributes.

Yeah I was going to tell him that, but I figured he knew that already...
