But as it is, my company has incredible benefits and 4 weeks of paid time off a year )

Wow, hospitals always have the best benefits...

I work for VCU Health System and PTO is the only bad part about it, they pay for your tuition and have $6 a month health care

We are a dialysis service provider. I actually work in the business unit in payroll, so I don't have to deal with the medical part )

I've got 20 CTO (combined time off.. it's combined personal and sick days, whatever you want to use it for), plus 10 paid holidays. Woot!

Say what you will about large corporations...my husband gets 27 vacation days plus sick days plus personal days and great medical benefits, too. Thank God for his job...it lets me stay at home and trade for greens...I mean, take care of the house and kids! wink
