I use AT&T Wireless. They're kind of crappy, or it might be my phone.
I love t-mobile. I hate t-mobile.
The customer service is excellent, better than any other I've had experience with. My 1-year warranty on the phone is pretty much unlimited, I've replaced my phone 5 times now. (Only because it's scratched, or I've screwed it up by flashing it with new firmware).
The coverage sucks. If t-mobile could triple their towers in my area within a year I would be happy, but I doubt they will. So Cingular here I come. (Although if you live in most big cities, the coverage is decent - they do have the best packages I've seen.)

I want to get a cell phone... But its so hard to choose a service... I want a nice looking phone with a reliable service at an inexpenise price... I hear Nextel is really good and that why lots of businesses use them, but they are expensive... Verizon is supposed to be really good too, but they require a 2 year contract... and thats just 2 much for me... I dont want Tmobile cuz they dont have enough coverage... and sprint sucks and I have bowed never again to use ATT, and I dont know too much about cingular... that and it isnt available in portland...

Verizon - Very happy with - Hardly ever have any problems, except sometimes I get the CONNECTION ERROR message after I try to leave someone voice mail.
I've just spend time doing the vice mail then I hear CONNECTION FAILURE please try again, so I do, and the people around me look at me strangely because I'm repeating myself - then I get the CONNECTION ERROR again so I just hang up and don't leave the message (this only happens like 10% of the time though, and it's usually when I have like 1 bar in a country are while im in a moving car).
