This could be major unless it's been there for a while. Here's why Gratis could start a NEW iPod site, effectively widening the referral pool to EVERYONE. The reason Gratis would fail as a company would be because the referral pool ceased to exist. Starting a new site where members can get the same gift AGAIN widens their horizons and increases their profits.

it was a gratis rep that used to browse the forums and help us out with account issues, he's the one that said it was legit...
anyway, it just forwards you to freeipods.com anyway.. and there is also www.myfreeflatscreen.com which is also one of gratis' sites.
