I'm new to this game. My question is this
If I sign up for one gratis site, can I still sign up for the other gratis sites by clicking on someone's referral link, such that that person will get the credit?

Yes. Just be sure to limit it to one account per site. (i.e. 1 account on FreeiPods.com, 1 account on FreeGamingSystems.com, etc.)
