i am looking for an adprovider which meets this qualifications
Ad network must offer CPC (cost-per-click) or CPM (cost-per-thousand impressions) programs or a decent mix. Due to the nature of this site and the fact that people don't actually buy anything off of the ads shown on the site, I cannot accept CPL (cost-per-lead) or commission-based programs.
Ad network must accept sites of this nature which have a high page views per unique user ratio.
Ad network must accept international traffic; 65% of the current traffic is located in North, Central, and South America, with the other 35% being distributed throughout the world. Ad networks that require 100% American traffic will not be suitable.
These are the following advertisers I am already with or I have already tried who either denied me, banned me from their program, or stopped decent payouts
