Yikes! I guess it means they thought you were a risk? Are you having credit trouble at all? Do you know your credit score? That's the only thing I can think of.

I can't see that they would have a problem with you using your account for offers, would they? I mean, they advertise it as giving someone money to do whatever they want with it, anywhere on the web. They shouldn't be concerned about how you use it.

SAME thing happened to me, and i had a web cert i was trying to send, and they didnt refund the money or send the webcert!!

they probably dont like people signing up for trial offers because it tries to charge a large amount after a week or 2. so maybe they got sick of letting people use it to just sign up for trials and not cancel them.
