How do you contact Gratis?

I have looked... it used to be in the Help link, but i cant find it.

My problem is my friend signed up under my link, but his email isnt showing up in my status, I think it is due to him using AOL. I was hoping i could contact gratis and get his name to appear under mine.

That usually doesnt happen. he might as well try to sign up again using your link. I dont really know.

ok do you know how to contact gratis? I will tell him to sign up again, but i want to notify gratis first otherwise they might close his account

yah go to help. and then click.. you have an other issue not listed here or something. it gives you a form to fill out

Yeah, don't use the telephone or try e-mail, they don't like that. Just use their proprietary system.

well just try signing up using the same email, if it's already signed up then it won't allow it, but if it isn't then your friend can sign up correctly this time hopefully

Don't expect a prompt response. For link referral matters, they seem to take their sweet time. I had a similar problem and got no help at all.
